Finding Your Yes: Living an Empowered and Impassioned Life

A 6-Week Workshop Series

Many of you are feeling called to be and do more, and are feeling STUCK in deep, conflicting feelings about how to get there.  Identified or unidentified obstacles may be  preventing you from achieving your goals, in the form of the voices of sabotage and fear that tell you you aren’t enough, or that change just isn’t possible.

I’m here to tell you that change is possible, and I would love to support you in learning

how.  Join me in my sacred space in Veneta as we go on a 6-week journey, creating a roadmap that takes you from where you are to where you want to be. I will provide you with the tools to reframe your perspectives and soothe the internal voices of doubt, allowing you to embrace ALL of you and follow your Yes, the thing that feels in alignment with your deepest desires and values, in order to create the transformation you so deeply desire.
